Q: Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do
A: Our tutors are passionate about helping others to learn. We ensure that each child and/or teenager grasps math and
reading concepts by using methods that appeal to their way of learning and understanding. We get them involved.
We asks questions as to why they selected their answer and how they came to their conclusions. Additionally we notify
the parents via weekly emails on their progress (strengths and weaknesses) and discuss progress with the student's teacher.

A: We achieve improvement by using a combination of the Orton-Gillingham method as well as phonetic awareness and Reading Comprehension

A: We achieve improvement by using a combination of Process Principles, Common Standards and Student Engagement
Q: Do you do an assessment?
A: Yes. A one-on-one assessment is done during the first consultation. This assessment is free of charge. The
assessment along with the initial consultation will help determine the specific subject matter to be
tutored, learning methods that will be used during the sessions and goal setting. You can click here for

Q: How much do you charge?
A: The tutoring fee varies with the subject and/or grade level
Q: What form of payment is acceptable?
A: Cash or pre-payment via PayPal or credit/debit card are acceptable methods of payment for face-to-face sessions. The only
acceptable method of payment for online sessions are pre-payment via PayPal or credit card/debit card via our secure credit process
(call 404-939-3806 to complete transaction).
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due prior to the start of the session. Payment for face-to-face sessions can be paid prior to the session via our (PAYPAL)Pay Now button or call 404-939-3806 to pay Credit/Debit Card via our secured credit process. All online sessions must be paid in full prior to the start of the session.
Q: Where are tutoring sessions held?
A: All tutoring sessions are held at public libraries,various McDonald locations and/or bookstores (i.e Barnes & Noble, Borders)
Q: How often are the sessions?
A: Most students receive a minimum of one tutoring session per week; however this can vary
Q: How long are the tutoring sessions?
A: A miniumum of 60 mintues is allotted for tutoring sessions. We recommend 1-1/2 - 2 hours for test preparation sessions
Q: What do I need to bring to the tutoring sessions?
A: The student needs to bring paper and pencil, homework assignments, calculator, Study guide, text books or workbook unless
otherwise notified
Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
A: A 4 hour notification is required if you need to cancel a tutoring session
Q: Does the parent have to stay during the session?
A: No. The parent does not have to stay during the session but must be prompt in picking up
the student (additional fees will be charged for late pick-ups)
